The person signing an affidavit regarding my birth does not speak English, what should they do?

If your parent or close relative does not speak English, they should have the English version of the affidavit we provide translated to their native language.  Then they can sign and have notarized the native language document. Then have a translator sign a message stating that the English and native language documents are accurate translations of each other.
