140 approved for EB1A, but OPT expiring soon?

My 140 already got approved for EB1A, but my OPT extension will expire soon in January 5. I planned to get my H1B at this time but it didn’t work out.
1. Can I file 485 before January 5?
2. If I can’t get all the materials together by this time, can I file 485 during the Grace Period?
3. My company is still helping me with H1B, but will this cause problem after I file 485?
