Contracts reviewed. IP rights filed and kept alive.
Two things a company operating abroad cannot do without and rarely buys well: a lawyer admitted where the contract will be used, and a registered practitioner who files and renews its trademarks, patents and copyright. LegalMatrix sells both as fixed-price products across ten jurisdictions, on one workflow, in one record.
Operated by Magellan Global. Lawyer review by lawyers admitted in each jurisdiction; filings by registered practitioners of record.

Lawyer review is the product, not a promise
Anyone can generate a contract. The question is who is responsible for it where it will be used.
Every drafting product comes in two levels. The workflow draft is prepared on the LegalMatrix workflow from an approved clause library and checked by our legal team: fast, consistent and inexpensive. Lawyer review and sign-off adds a lawyer admitted in the jurisdiction who revises the draft, checks enforceability and puts their name on it. You choose the level on each product page and the price changes in front of you.
Our flagship, Counterparty Contract Review, always includes the lawyer: the whole point is a professional telling you what to accept, what to push back on and what to walk away from.
- Drafted on the LegalMatrix workflow from the approved clause library and your intake answers
- Checked by the LegalMatrix legal team for consistency and completeness
- Delivered as an editable document with a clause-by-clause note
- Document preparation: no lawyer sign-off, no legal advice
- A lawyer admitted where the document will be used reviews, revises and signs off
- Enforceability check for that jurisdiction: governing law, formalities, mandatory rules
- Reviewer's name, admission and date on the document; 20-minute call included
- Covered by the practising entity's professional indemnity
Counterparty Contract Review, the Negotiation Playbook and the Successor Programme Document Set include lawyer review in the price. IP filings are made by registered practitioners and are not offered without one.
IP rights with a registered practitioner, and a platform that keeps them alive
Filing is a day; owning is twenty years of deadlines.
Trademark, patent and copyright filings are priced per product and made by registered practitioners: a USPTO-registered patent practitioner inside the group, and agents of record in the other nine offices. After grant, the portfolio platform docketing every statutory deadline, pays renewals and annuities through the agent of record, records ownership changes and watches for conflicting marks. The same function large companies buy from Clarivate (CPA Global), scaled and priced for a group with ten to five hundred rights.
- Trademark search and filing from US$650 (US) per class
- Provisional patent application US$2,500, a priority date in days
- Copyright registration US$250 where a registry exists
- IP Portfolio Management from US$180 per month
Who it is for
Companies signing contracts in a country where they have no lawyer
A customer, supplier or SaaS agreement arrives from a stronger counterparty. Upload it; a lawyer admitted there returns the redline, the risk summary and the reply in two business days.
Brands and technology companies entering new markets
Trademarks in the classes that matter, a provisional patent before the pitch, copyright evidence for the software and the designs, and one portfolio that does not let a renewal lapse.
Families and enterprises in Magellan Global's successor programme
Service agreements, secondment terms, equity grants and IP ownership for each station, reviewed in each station's jurisdiction, with the registers handed to GoGoTrust. For GSRP clients.
