I am current in my 4th year of H1B. How is this approved I140 going to affect my visa status and job in the future?

Your approved I-140 will now allow you to extend your H1B status beyond the 6 year limit. However, you must continue to timely apply for H1B extensions or H1Bs with other employers and maintain your valid visa status if you plan to stay in the US.
