I-140 and I-485 both with a premium processing?

I want to do paper based filing of both the petitions together (I-140 and I-485) and with a premium processing. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, the USCIS does not allow premium processing for filing an I-140 and I-485 at the same time. Alternatively, we can E-file your I-140, wait for your I-140 receipt notice (usually takes 1-2 weeks but can take 30 days), and you can file your I-485 with a copy of the I-140 receipt notice. Or you can file your I-140 with premium processing, wait for the decision, and then file your I-485.
