What kind of documents do I need to submit to prove my marriage?

The more documentation that you have to prove your marriage, the easier it will be for USCIS to make their determination.  You should provide a copy of your marriage certificate, records of joint bank accounts and credit cards, joint ownership of property (house, cars, etc.), joint tax returns, birth certificates for any children, documents listing each other as beneficiaries for health, life, auto insurance, or any other documentation that would show proof of a bona fide marriage.
