I may change to H1B visa this year. Does filing EB1A and NIW affect my H1B visa application?

No, your EB-1A and NIW cases will have no effect on your H-1B application. The H visa allows immigrant intent. So, there is no conflict between your EB-1A and NIW cases and your H-1B application.
