Will there be any problem for the H1B visa application due to the immigration petition or vice versa?

I am planing to go to Shanghai, China in 2 months. I will need to re-apply for the H1B visa during my stay in Shanghai. My old one expired. My H1B status is good till 6/30/2014. Will there be any problem for the visa application due to the immigration petition or vice versa?

The H1B visa allows immigration intent. So, there should be no problem with concurrently pending H1B and I-140 petitions.
