J1 visa status if my NIW is denied?

In my situation, I've got DS-2019 and J1 visa for 5 years (until 2016), and so I won't be able to and no need to extend J1 visa after 5 years. So I don't have to worry about my J1 visa status if my NIW is denied?

That is correct. If you get a J waiver and your NIW is denied, and you have done nothing else to invalidate your current status (like travel on an AP or get a different NIV status), then your J-visa status will remain valid until 2016.
