How long does it take for a L1 Visa holder to get GC usually?

Is it true that it will take 10-15 years for people born in India to get GC through L1 Visa ?

The length of time it takes to obtain a GC depends on the type of GC being sought. For instance, if you qualify for an EB1C visa, the visas are current, but other categories, such as EB2-NIW are not current for India. Check the Visa Bulletin to find out the current processing times.
