Can I get Premium Processing service for NIW?

Can I can apply for Premium Processing service in USCIS? I am reading your guidelines, and EB-1A certainly has the Premium Processing service, but in the case of EB-2NIW, I'm not quite sure.

Premium Processing service is not available for EB-2 NIW petitions.
If you wish to request Premium Processing, you can file under EB-1A instead of EB-2 NIW. Please be advised that we have found that in cases where Premium Processing has been requested, Requests for Additional Evidence (RFEs) are issued at a higher rate. So, you should weigh the advantage of having a decision on your I-140 within 15 calendar days against the increased risk of getting an RFE
