Right now I live in Iran and I am trying to find a Postdoctoral Research Position in my field in US. I want to know that is there any conflict between the Visa process and applying for NIW?

If you will be applying for a visa that does not allow immigrant intent (such as J-1 or F-1) after having filed the I-140, you may have problems as by filing the I-140, you will be showing your intent to immigrate, to some extent.

But, if you will be applying for a visa that allows immigrant intent (such as H-1B), then you should not have any problem with getting the visa related to having filed an I-140.
