What that means for you
When you buy a workflow draft, you are buying document preparation. When you buy lawyer review, or a product that includes it, the lawyer named in the engagement terms is responsible for the review under the professional rules of their jurisdiction. When you buy a filing, the registered practitioner or agent of record is responsible for it.
Why we say it plainly
Rules against the unauthorised practice of law exist to protect clients. We would rather tell you exactly who is responsible for what than imply that a brand can be.
