Intake
Each product has its own question set; each jurisdiction adds or removes questions. Entity, officer and holder data arrive from GoGoTrust for companies on its platform. Answers are stored once and reused across the client's matters.
Clause library
Standard clauses per product and jurisdiction, each with a version, an approver and the date approved. A draft is assembled from the library and the answers; nothing is generated from nothing.
First draft
Each clause is tagged: library clause unchanged, library clause adapted, bespoke. Risk level is marked where a clause departs from the standard. The reviewer sees the tags; the client sees the result.
AI, disclosed
The workflow uses the group's AKE engine to adapt clauses to the answers and to flag inconsistencies. Its role is disclosed in the engagement terms. A workflow draft is checked by the LegalMatrix legal team; lawyer review and sign-off are a separate, named step. Client documents are not used to train models.
