Products have fixed prices by jurisdiction. Lawyer review and sign-off is included in the review products and offered as a priced add-on on drafting products. IP filings are always made by a registered practitioner. Official, registry and translation fees are passed through at cost. There are no hourly rates on this site.

Matters
Anything outside a product is scoped in writing with a fixed fee and a named reviewer or practitioner. Typical ranges: US$5,000 to US$30,000 for corporate matters; US$3,000 to US$15,000 for commercial contract sets; oppositions and portfolio audits quoted on scope.

Engagement terms
Each product or matter is accepted under written engagement terms that name the practising entity or practitioner, the review level, the scope, the fee and what is excluded. Work starts after acceptance and payment of the product fee or the first instalment of a matter fee.
