Documents for the Global Successor Residency Program

Magellan Global places successors and key employees of family enterprises in a programme of real work across two or more jurisdictions. Every station needs the same set of documents, each enforceable where the participant actually works. LegalMatrix prepares the set; lawyers admitted in each station sign it off; GoGoTrust keeps the registers afterwards.

The document set

One product, priced per participant for two stations, with every additional jurisdiction quoted. It is deliberately the sum of five individual products, reviewed as one package so that the service agreement, the employment terms, the equity grant and the IP terms do not contradict each other across borders.

  • Master services agreement and statements of work between the client enterprise and Magellan Global: acceptance of deliverables, never direction of the employee
  • Employment or secondment terms consistent with the immigration route of each station: real role, supervision, deliverables, monthly evidence
  • Equity grant for the successor's shares in the family company, with vesting over the programme and the tax clauses of the station jurisdictions
  • IP ownership terms for AI-transformation deliverables between the group, the client and the participant
  • Data-processing and confidentiality terms across the stations

Three stations, one record

The line the documents are written to keep

The client specifies and accepts

Statements of work describe deliverables, acceptance criteria and milestones. They do not describe hours, supervision or instructions to the participant.

The employer of record supervises

Role, reporting line, supervision and monthly evidence sit with the employer of record in the station. Immigration authorities in every station test this relationship for substance; the documents are written so that the test is passed on the facts, not on the drafting.

Who does what in the group

Magellan Global designs the programme and engages the client enterprise. WG Global coordinates the immigration route through licensed practitioners. LegalMatrix prepares and has reviewed the documents. GoGoTrust keeps the registers, the vesting schedule and the key-date calendar. Related-party status is disclosed in every engagement and an independent reviewer is available on request.
