This website
Describes products and rules in general terms. Using it creates no lawyer-client relationship. A relationship exists only under signed engagement terms with the named practising entity.
Products
Delivered as described on the product page. A workflow draft is document preparation checked by the LegalMatrix legal team. Lawyer review and sign-off, where included or selected, are performed by a lawyer admitted in the jurisdiction. IP filings are made by registered practitioners or agents of record. Scope, fee, review level and exclusions are fixed in the engagement terms.
Fees
Product fees are paid on acceptance; subscriptions monthly in advance; matter fees as stated in the quote. Official, translation, notarisation and apostille fees are passed through at cost.
Platform
Access is licensed to the client and the roles the client designates. Documents and the portfolio may be exported at any time.
Liability
Limited as stated in the engagement terms and by the professional rules applying to the practising entity.
Governing law
Singapore law for this website; the engagement terms state the law for each matter.
