Questions
Why not use the individual products?
You can; the set is priced below the sum of its parts and reviewed as one consistent package across two jurisdictions.
Does the client enterprise direct the participant's work?
No. The client specifies and accepts deliverables; the employer of record supervises. The documents are written to keep that line, because immigration authorities test it.
Can the family's own lawyer review the set?
Yes, in the matter, with full access.
