What the document does
Clause summaries. The product delivers the drafted and reviewed document, not a template.
How it runs
Inventory
You give us what you have: certificates, agent letters, spreadsheets. We find the rest in the registries.
Reconciliation
Every record checked against the office's register; discrepancies and lapsed rights reported.
Docketing
Deadlines computed and assigned; reminders at 90, 60 and 30 days; renewal instructions requested in time.
Maintenance
Renewals and annuities paid through agents on your instruction; documents attached; owner changes recorded.
Review
Quarterly review with your finance or legal lead: what to keep, what to let lapse, what to extend.
A registered patent or trademark practitioner is responsible for the docket; filings and payments are made by the registered agent of record in each office.

Questions
How is this different from CPA Global or Clarivate?
Same function, scaled for groups with tens to hundreds of rights rather than tens of thousands: a practitioner responsible for the docket, agents in ten offices, and a price per asset that a mid-sized company can budget. Larger portfolios are referred.
What if a deadline is missed?
Deadlines are computed from the registry record and reviewed by a practitioner; reminders go to a named person on your side. If a deadline is missed because of our error, we pay the restoration costs where restoration is possible.
Can you take over from our current agents?
Yes. We record the change of agent in each office and keep the previous correspondence in the record.
Do inventors get access?
Read-only access to their own rights, if you want it.
Is the official fee forecast reliable?
It uses each office's published fee schedule as at the report date; schedules change and the forecast says so.
