How it runs

  1. Intake

A structured questionnaire captures your product, channel model, pricing, territories, liability appetite and the jurisdiction. A LegalMatrix analyst confirms scope on a 30-minute call.

  2. First draft

The LegalMatrix workflow assembles the four agreements from the jurisdiction's current clause library, aligned to your intake answers, and produces the term map.

  3. Professional review

A lawyer admitted in the jurisdiction reviews every document against local mandatory rules, edits as needed and signs off. You receive the set with a review note.

  4. Signature

After your internal review and one round of amendments, we issue signature-ready versions with electronic signature blocks and a signing checklist.

  5. Record update

GoGoTrust files the executed templates in the company's contract register and records the version in force.

Questions

Can we buy only the distribution agreement?

Yes. Single agreements from the bundle are quoted individually; the bundle price reflects the saving from drafting them as a set.

Do you negotiate with our distributor?

No. The product includes one round of amendments after your internal review. Negotiation support is quoted separately on request.

Does the bundle cover the EU commercial agents rules in the UK and Malta?

Yes. The agency agreement for those jurisdictions addresses the mandatory compensation or indemnity regime for self-employed agents, and the review note explains the exposure.

Will the documents be bilingual for Japan or Taiwan?

A bilingual set with a prevailing-language clause is available at an additional charge quoted at intake; the default deliverable is English with local-language signature blocks.

How do the four documents fit together?

The term map shows the liability, warranty and termination positions in each document so that what you promise customers is backed by what suppliers promise you.
