How it runs

  1. Intake

A questionnaire and a 30-minute call capture your services, pricing model, liability position, data flows and jurisdiction.

  2. First draft

The LegalMatrix workflow assembles the MSA, SOW template and schedules from the jurisdiction's clause library.

  3. Professional review

A lawyer admitted in the jurisdiction reviews against local rules on liability exclusions, data protection and termination, and signs off.

  4. Signature

After your review and one round of amendments, signature-ready versions are issued with a SOW completion guide.

  5. Record update

GoGoTrust files the executed MSA and template SOW in the company's contract register.

Questions

Customer-side or supplier-side?

Tell us which side you are on at intake. The document's default positions (liability, IP, acceptance) are set for that side and the review note explains where a counterparty will push back.

Can we reuse the MSA with many customers?

Yes. It is drafted as a framework; each new engagement is documented in a SOW using the template.

Does the MSA include a data processing agreement?

It includes a data protection schedule for the ordinary case where the supplier processes limited personal data. Processors handling personal data at scale should add the data processing agreement product.

Which law should we choose for a cross-border services deal?

Usually the law of the jurisdiction where the supplier performs or the customer is based. The intake call covers the trade-offs; the product is prepared under the law of the jurisdiction you select.

Can you add a service credit regime?

Yes, as an optional schedule chosen at intake, with credits as the sole remedy for defined service failures.
